I am looking forward to receiving my VibePlate. I get to use the VibePlate at my local gym twice a week and it’s a great way to start and finish the week. Monday’s it helps loosen me up and add flexibility to start my workout and the week and Friday’s it prepares me for the weekend while I gear up for my weekend sporting activities. I can see a noticeable difference in just a matter of a few minutes and I can’t wait to start using it everyday and see more long lasting results.
