I have been meaning to write and tell you how great the VibePlate is! I’m not so interested in muscle building and performance as in flexibility and general well being. It is such a comfort and delight to have reduced chronic pain. My neck and shoulders are so much looser and I can actually palm the floor now! I keep spreading the word! Thanks.
