VibePlate Intro and Warranty

Helpful Tips:

To get started, the cord is wrapped up under the platform. Ensure your controller is turned off before you plug in your VibePlate. When your VibePlate is plugged in, use the controller to turn it on and off and to adjust the frequency. The controller starts at a low frequency and can be adjusted to a higher frequency. Many of our users set the frequency around 40 Hz, but it is at your discretion where you feel comfortable to where you would like it set. If your use of the VibePlate requires medical supervision, please consult your doctor.

Other Tips:

  1. Shut off the motor when not in use, it is not necessary between exercises or sets.
  2. Do not use the cleats on the sides as handles, these are intended for straps or resistance bands.
  3. For commercial users, doctors, trainers, coaches, etc., a great demonstration to show your clients the power of vibration exercise or therapy, is to ask them to touch their toes. Then have the individual use the VibePlate. After a few minutes have them try and touch their toes again. In most cases the individual will extend their stretch an additional 4 inches, or more. This tends to amaze them and they will want to start your program immediately.
  4. You can implement many exercises using VibePlate, whether it is with weights, body weight, tubing or straps, or nothing at all.
  5. You can do your exercises as you did in the past on the VibePlate. Do your exercise, rest, then continue with the next exercise.

Starting a New Exercise Program:

Always consult a physician when starting a new exercise program. The list of contraindications is not absolute. If one of the conditions listed applies to you we advise you to consult with your physician before using.

Recovery from surgery, cardiovascular disease, known neurological conditions, pregnancy, thrombosis, joint implants, pulmonary embolism, known retinal conditions, severe diabetes, pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators, poor somatosensory receptor sensitivity on the planter surfaces of the feet, sever migraines, acute hernia, discopathy and spondylosis, epilepsy, tumors, carrying recently fitted IUD’s, coils, metal pins, bolts or plates, acute diseases and inflammation processes.

Research is still being conducted on the effects of vibration on certain medical conditions. Practical experience indicates that there are a number of cases where it is beneficial to integrate whole body vibration in one’s treatment. This should always be done under the supervision of a doctor, physician, or trained professional.
