This is Wayne B……., my wife Marilyn has a L1 spinal cord injury. She is partially paralized fromt he hips down and had no movement below the knees. We are using the VibePlate to strengthen her legs and ankles. Back in September 2008 we first noticed a very small amount of movement in her ankles. The Vibeplate is a vibration machine that we hoped stimulate nerves and strengthen muscle to improve feeling and movement. We received the machine in November. Doing our regular ankle exercises and using the VibePlate 1-2 times per week movement and feeling have improved.

This is Wayne, you sold a Model 2424 Vibeplate to me for my wife, who has a L1 spinal cord injury. She is partially paralyzed from the hips down and had no movement below the knees. I’ve sent a picture of my wife (Marilyn) doing one of her exercises. She has gotten a small amount of ankle movement back. She has had a lot more tingling below her knees. And her ankle movement is also slightly improved. Her PT also tried a biofeedback monitor on her and detected a very small amount of muscle feedback in her right ankle and right calf. Of course these are all positive signs as she works toward her goal of walking again. Thanks again.

“The VibePlate® is an integral part of our program at RCHSS as it works effectively with post-therapy, special populations, general fitness and sports performance. The size and weight limits are real advantages because they allow diverse training applications including total body balance, flexibility, and even heavy lifting and plyometrics.”
