We have increased athletes vertical jump up to 9 inches in one year. We have increased pitchers velocity 7 mph in just a few months. We have increased the back pedal of athletes from 8 to 15 mph in just an 8 week session. In 10 sessions we had an athlete gain 45 pounds on the bench and add muscle gain of 10 pounds in weight. These are athletes that play multiple sports and still have the time to do Sports Enhancement Training.

I gained 14 inches in my vertical jump in 18 months. This was while I was out for high school basketball and baseball with a pulled hamstring. And during the off-season gained 20 pounds of lean muscle.

I purchased the VibePlate Model 2440 in October of 2009. At that time, I had been diagnosed with osteoporosis with the highest number being a -2.7 in my hip area. I can’t say I was real faithful at first, but then I got serious about it and I use it consistently as part of my fitness routine. Benching over 300 pounds in just a couple of weeks. I am a former football player for Penn State University and when I was playing I could bench over 300 pounds. I am in my 40’s now and am benching around 225. After a couple of weeks using the VibePlate® I am now back to benching over 300 pounds again. In just a couple of weeks

You requested info on how the VibePlate is helping.
strengthen my fingers – (I play the piano for church)
correcting protruding knuckles on my hands
strengthen my back – (I have spinal stenosis – the muscles pulled when not using the plate hurting much)
stopping pain in my hip – (my hip protrudes a lot)
relaxing the muscles in my back – (I was stooped over not able to straighten up)
relaxing the muscles in my neck – (Not be able to straighten up made the neck hurt)
strengthen my ankles relieving pain – ( Needed to modify orthotics)
general help in being able to move freely
I was very doubtful in the beginning but took the word of Gary Gray that it would help. I use it 15 minutes a day not missing more than 1 day in 14. I now am totally sold! Thanks again!
